Динамический анализ стохастической SICR-модели передачи раннего и позднего фитофтороза картофеля

Фитофтороз картофеля раннего и позднего периода — разрушительное грибковое заболевание, серьёзно угрожающее производству картофеля, а процесс его передачи существенно зависит от колебаний окружающей среды. Для точного выявления закономерностей эпидемии этого заболевания в работе построена стохастическая SICR-модель передачи фитофтороза картофеля раннего и позднего периода. С помощью динамического анализа, во-первых, доказано существование единственного глобального положительного решения системы, что обеспечивает биологическую обоснованность модели; во-вторых, на основе теории Хасьминского выведены достаточные условия существования эргодического стационарного распределения модели, что проясняет динамический механизм, лежащий в основе устойчивой эпидемии заболевания; в-третьих, установлены пороговые условия вымирания и сохранения заболевания в среднем, что позволяет определить ключевые точки для профилактики и контроля заболевания. Результаты показывают, что при ????????> 1 модель имеет эргодическое стационарное распределение и заболевание сохраняется, а при ???? < 1 заболевание в конечном итоге исчезает. Исследование предоставляет теоретическую основу для раннего предупреждения о риске и точной профилактики и контроля фитофтороза картофеля раннего и позднего периода.
